Our family have been farming in Surrey for over 1,000 years. In recent years we have focussed heavily on ensuring that our progressive conservation and environmental policies are implemented throughout the farm. We have also identified a number of traditional barns and buildings that were no longer performing a useful function for the farm and have converted some of these for different uses.
We are fortunate that we are now able to offer function rooms for hire in one of the converted barns. This is in a very attractive rural location at Cross Farm in the village of Shackleford, just down the road from us at Lydling Farm.
Some of the recent functions held here include weddings, childrens' parties, wine tastings, charity bridge days, luncheons and evening parties.

Large room able to seat 70 comfortably with dance floor and small raised staging area (large enough for a 4 piece band). There is wheelchair access to this room via the kitchen from the driveway. However, there are steps to negotiate from the main room down to the reception room and toilets.

|Kitchen||Professionally equipped kitchen situated just off the main room and with direct access to the driveway. (Equipment includes fridges, freezers, cooker, hot cupboard, dish washer, glass washer, bottle coolers etc.)|
|Toilets||Male and female toilets accessed via the reception room.|
|Additional items||We can provide tables (rectangular or round), chairs, china, glasses, cutlery and table cloths. There is an additional laundry charge made for table cloths used.
We also have access to local suppliers of balloons, flowers and bouncy castles.
